Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Intrada, which is operated by Intrada. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Intrada provides tooling for account access, webhook-based signal intake, trading activity visibility, and related market information features.

The service is offered on a changing basis. We may add, remove, limit, or modify features at any time.

Intrada is a software product. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and it does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating trading decisions, confirming orders, and complying with the laws, regulations, and platform rules that apply to your activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any credentials, tokens, or webhook secrets associated with it. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used unlawfully, insecurely, or in violation of these terms.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the service, including webhook payloads, trade records, and account profile information.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, store, and display that data as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit the data you provide.

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or degrade the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, abuse webhook endpoints, or attempt to bypass security controls or rate limits.
• Use the service to store or transmit content you do not have the right to use.
• Reverse engineer or copy the service except as allowed by applicable law.

The service may interoperate with third-party providers such as sign-in providers, hosting platforms, analytics vendors, data feeds, or trading integrations. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party products, services, uptime, or policies.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Planned and unplanned downtime may occur.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrada and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD 100.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Intrada from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or others, or where required for legal or security reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after the revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
